We've been expecting some changes for the Ridgeline for the 2020 model year, included an updated instrument cluster and infotainment/telematics, along with minor styling changes. From a hardware perspective we've been expecting an updated transmission, but we weren't sure if it would get the 9AT (sourced from ZF) or Honda's homegrown 10AT. Now thanks to the dealer order system, we can confirm that the 2020 Ridgeline will use the 9AT.

Also notice the trim count has been trimmed down to 6 variants. When the Ridgeline was launched for the 2017 model year, there were 12 different trim levels to select from (including the 2WD or AWD variants of each). For 2020 It appears that RT and RTL-T trim levels have been eliminated for 2020, leaving only the Sport (2WD/AWD), RTL (2WD/AWD), RTL-E (AWD), and Black Edition (AWD), so expect some movement in the equipment packaging.

Some of the features that we're expecting for the 2020 update include (standard?) LED headlights, standard Honda Sensing, a (hopefully) a locking tailgate. One of our readers has suggested that the Forest Mist color is being retired in favor of Pacific Pewter.
