I posted this on instagram but IG's stupid embed code has so much garbage in it, it won't post here (yeah, I could hack *our* shit to allow it but, eh)

This is what's on IG though, yet FULL quality.

2019 NSX for sale. Never seen rain or snow.
$190k :)
jk lol.

For a car that we've seen 5 years before production - concept after concept - it's aging very well. Still turns my head when I see it on the road, unlike an R8.

I used to see a lot of R8s but almost never now. Which is a good thing, because they have aged like bananas.

I almost never see any NC1 NSXs, and after spending time driving the car I just can't imagine why. It's simply an incredible car with looks to match.

How did you like the 2019 one versus the 2017 one? Will you be doing a review? Really wanna get a NC1 now haha!

Honestly I didn't spend enough time in the 17 (on the street) to be able to tell you with any sort of definitive answer. I loved the 17 and I love the 19. From my memory, they don't seem that different. And yes, I will be releasing a review with my street and track impressions for the 2019 NSX in the coming weeks.

I think that's the advantage of the design being so old (a re-work of the 'NB' GT5000) that it never had fashion-victim contrivances forced upon it. Even the funny tongue looks a bit like the old car.

Perhaps because familiarity does breed contempt, its rarity means it will continue to be appreciated in the same way that the NA is considered a timeless design.

To answer Jeff's point, IIRC most of the changes are software-based to refine the transient behaviour and you'd have to be nailing it pretty hard to appreciate the difference. Given the car's limits...

Looking forward to the upcoming reviews! The 2017 ones are depreciating and I've seen them in the $150k's CAD now (brand new starting at $200k CAD). I heard the 2019 is 2 seconds faster at Suzuka but I also heard the changes are pretty minor and that most of that difference is from going with Sportcontact 6 from 5P.
