November 15, 2004, Hawthorne, CA – AEM is proud to have been awarded the “Primedia Technology Award - SEMA Compact Performance Section” for 2004. The award recognized the AEM EMS for its ease of installation, use, versatility and exceptional value. In the presentation Scott Oldham from Sport Compact Car magazine noted that AEM has made programmable electronic engine management available to a much broader customer base than ever before with its plug and play strategy. The award ceremony was also recorded for Hot Rod TV.
Stated AEM Chief Engineer John Concialdi, “First off a big thank you to Primedia, the engineering staff of AEM, and the AEM EMS customers that make it happen every day. Our dedication to providing a product that has true value and unsurpassed quality is why the AEM EMS has been so widely accepted. We will always listen to our customers and bring them the highest quality and best engineering possible. Our electronics department has some of the best and brightest engineers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They have passion for the job they do and more importantly, a passion for cars. Many of them race or are in the process of building racecars in their spare time. The entire AEM team is awesome and it is great to be a part of that team.”
