China has become a very important market for Honda, as evidenced by an increasing number of models which are exclusive to the Chinese market alongside ever growing sales numbers.

Earlier today, Acura revealed a prototype of a long-wheelbase version of the Acura TLX, while Honda showed off a new CR-V Hybrid, which will be equipped with Honda's 2-motor Sport Hybrid i-MMD system (as currently found in the 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid).

The press releases that accompanied these photos were completely absent of details or specifications, so we don't yet know anything concrete about the powertrains. As far as timing goes, the CR-V Hybrid is set to go on sale in China in the 2nd half of 2017, while the press release for the TLX-L simply states a 2017 on sale date for the production model of the TLX-L.
