Armed with a bevy of recent 2013 Accord Spy Photos, Neal has come up with a refreshed concept of the 2013 Accord sedan. Combining what little he was able to glean from the spy photos of the heavily bagged test cars and his own optimistic imagination, Neal has arrived at the Accord concept seen below.
