Any help you can provide would be appreciated. I have a 2010 TL HS AWD. Dealer cannot find a very bothersome whooshing sound the car makes Windows and sunroof are fully closed. Noise is speed related, remains constant in or out or out of gear as long as car in moving. Under 5mph while approaching a stop, sound stops. Wife says noise can be heard outside of car. Had tires rotated, no effect.
AC on AC off, no difference.

HELP!

I had something similar on my 2006 Civic EX. It took several visits to figure out that it was a very nasty rock stuck in the tire thread. It didn't sound like whooshing sound, but similar.

So the noise is speed related in that it changes pitch or volume as the car speed increases? The dealer has obviously checked all of the fluid levels including the fluid in the rear diff? Everything under the hood such as the air filter housing and ducting is installed correctly?

The last time I had a car make a whooshing wind noise it was the air passing over the add-on sunroof deflector thing I had added to the car but that was at highway speeds and it looks like Acura no longer offers one for the TL.

When you took it into the dealer, did they go on a test drive with you? If not, I'd go back and request that a technician or a service writer ride with you. It's not an unreasonable request. Hopefully that way when you hear the noise, they can hear it as well.

I've had guys from the dealership ride with me in both of our vehicles when they were troubleshooting a noise.
