Who thinks that the Insight would look kickass if only the taillights looked a bit like this (taking a cue from the JDM Odyssey)? I think it would better match the front end.

Yes, I've been looking at the Insight pics all day with not much better to do lately..

I like the tail lights how they are. I really like how the triangular part cuts into the side of the car - gives it a sporty look.

The ones on that Japanese Odyssey look too much like those found on a Camry

Hmm you got a point, but if you've seen the JDM Oddy in person, it's much better. I dunno I just prefer long tailights rather than short triangular. Plus with some tweaks I thought it would better match the front end. In fact the JDM Oddy went from somewhat triangular-ish to this setup I show in the pic above.

The (US) Camry is probably the worse example you can bring out in terms of tail lights though. It's just bad in every way. The Camrys we get here is every bit an improvement from the one you showed.
