37 MPG. I bet nobody told him the car has something called regen braking :p
Seriously tho, I got that mileage when it was 0 degrees outside and the motor rarely ever hit 180 degrees. Jesus Christ beating on the poor Insight delivering pizzas I can hold over 40 MPG, lol, I dunno wtf he is doing wrong.

At least on ours you have to go considerably faster than that for mileage to drop so much, but yet again, I guess it depends on so many factors ... (weight, elevatioin changes, wind, etc.) that I don't think it's impossible for it to get that bad under some circumstances.
