Dose anyone know if the 09 RDX can play both DVD-A and regular DVDs as well? This article seems to indicate that it can. Thanks

wow that's interesting if it's true because as far as I know, this capability has never been mentioned to us during any of the media events, and most recent Acura media events include Panasonic (ELS) personnel. I've never actually tried it but I will try it the next time I get in my father's '08 MDX Tech.

Thanks Jeff. I am surprise that no enthusiasts on here have tried? If I had this system I would have tried just out of curiousity.

yes, but have you seen it mentioned anywhere besides that one link that the 2nd gen ELS systems can play the audio from standard DVDs?
