Unlikely IMO, Honda CEO Takeo Fukui already stated that they're pulling the plug on the NSX replacement, as reported by TOV at the top of the thread, and verbatim here:

They might as well show what they have - if it's all that, then the very rich could push it into production (doubt it)...

As for Fukui's statements...it wouldn't be the first time he has flip- flopped

I read the autotelegraaf article, and in the article stands that te NSX concept for Detroit was ready and planed for debute. But because the NSX got canned on the last minute it won't be shown.

So sadly no NSX!

perhaps there is no more need for "development" and as such that aspect of it was canned? What are the chances that it was production ready and this statement was just a way to stir up some more talk and expectations?
