later today in Germany, honda is going to release a new concept V4.
cant wait.

please take this survey and tell them the displacement should be 1400cc

Sorry, I took the survey but voted < 800 cc.
I could have been happy with 800cc, but nothing more; There is more than enough torque with 800cc if the bike is light enough (and it should be), and I still want to be able to rev it high.

1400cc?! What for, a steroid pumped ST1300? (Well I guess that would make it an ST1400).

I can't really say what displacement I'd like until I know what the real purpose of the bike is. By default I'd say 1000 though. Anything more than that would be more for either a big sport tourer or something crazy like an open class hyper tourer like the Busa or ZX-14. In some ways it would be cool if Honda brought back the Blackbird to fight in that segment but I'm not upset that they haven't.

I think Honda needs a supersport V4 in the lineup somewhere. The V4 is Honda's signature engine, it's a shame they haven't made a supersport V4 since the RC45.
