I can get to TOV no problem but my girlfriend (different ISP and a different geographical location) cannot. I ran a traceroute from her PC to www.vtec.net and got this result:

then i tried from my network but the traces timed out. I was going to contact her ISP but it seems to be off their network. She uses RoadRunner and I've got Comcast. Shes in upstate New York and I'm in northern New Jersey.
