It would appear that, along with the CR-Z, Honda's design language is moving back toward a cleaner, prettier, more organic style.
This contrasts with the fussy, heavily creased, angular approach of the newest Acuras.
It sort of makes sense and I'm hoping for some pretty, fun Hondas in the future!

It certainly looks that way... I just hope they could bring that clean timeless design influence back to Acura as well; as I'm not exactly fond of the Acura's design of late. I remember when the current TL debuted in 04 Ikeda san stressed that Acura was establishing this Keen Edge design philosophy for the entire line up. I really liked the TL and I still do; especially after they cleaned up the side mirror (replacing the original one with the one from the current RL). All of sudden that seems to make the car look sportier, cleaner, and even smaller... As for the 09 TL... the design is just too busy; gives the feeling of trying too hard. I hope the new TL looks way better in person 'cause it's just not attractive in picture (to me anyway).
