alright, so I got my head and cams on my 91 integra and it runs great. When I press the clutch, it idles up another 500 rpm and then drops down. I am wondering if there is anything I need to by-pass (vaccuum wise) in order to make the automatic intake run better with the manual tranny and motor.

If you are still using the AT ECU, it sounds like pushing in the clutch is having the same effect as putting the AT in drive.

No, I am using the manual ecu. Everything on the car is manual except for the intake manifold

I am not sure of this because I don't have any manuals for the 90-91 integras but I am reasonably confident that they also had a tranny computer to control shifts and lockup of the auto tranny. The computer is a small box located near the steering column where it meets the firewall. You may have had to remove it to install the manual pedal assembly, but maybe not. If you did the work you would know. If not, take a look to see if its there. Also if you have a pinout diagram for the ECU, look for pins that have inputs from the transmission control computer (module).
