Can I reset the now annoying Service reminder? I don't service my truck at Honda, and I can't seem to find in the Owners manual where I can reset the reminder myself.

should be the same as all other late model Hondas:

hold the trip/reset button, put the key in and turn to "on" position. continue to hold the trip/reset button until the light turns off (10-15 secs)

Thanks for the tip. However, that was not it. I did get it reset though. Here is how I did it:

1. Turn key to 'on' position. The service reminder will start flashing.
2. Use the select button to toggle through the trip odometer readings, past the oil life indicator and back to the service reminder.
3. At this point, press and hold the reset button. You will be asked if you want to reset the service reminder. The default is "N".
4. Release the reset button and use the select button to toggle the selection to "Y". Press reset.

The oil life is reset to 100% and you are ready to rock.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Has anyone had a similar issue with new CR-V 07?
The manual only addresses changing the outside temperature-which is a feature I don't have.
When I hold the button on the oil life screen for 10 seconds it flashes cancel (written under "oil life"), but I am not sure what to do from there.
Thanks in advance!

graceful1, I have the same problem with re-setting the maintenance minder on my CRV. Have you found a solution?

1. Turn the ignition switch to ON

2. Select Trip A or Trip B (You can use either one, so if you are using one to record data for something, use the other one to reset the Oil Life Indicator).

3. Press the < or > button repeatedly until the oil life is displayed.

4. Press and hold the Select/Reset button for 10 seconds. The Multi-Information Display will ask for a confirmation:

• a. If you are sure you want to reset the display, press the Select/Reset button for 10 seconds again. (This is the part omitted from the manual.)
• b. If you do not want to reset the display, press the < or > button to select “Cancel”
