Car Painted @ shop, Vtec stops working????????????

i had my 00 Civic Si painted and i drove the car home and didnt notice because my stereo was on and the AC. i usually drive my Acura so i didnt notice until today when i drove it up the block. the engine revs out no different than the 98 ac ls. Vtec isnt working. i wanna squeeze the breath out of ,..... nevermind. can anyone provide me with a place to start to find out why it isnt working. by then i will have had my "talk" with the little artist.
