Looking for a replacement of the OEM tires on an 04 accord EXL. Any recommendations? All-season of course.

Bridgeston Turanza's LS-Vs. I have them on my 03 EX-L 5spd 4cyl and they are hands down the best tire I've ever had on my cars and blow away the OEM tires. They are pricey but still come in less than the Michelins MXV-4s and the smiles on your face as you carve through turns are worth every penny. They grip and grip and grip some more with very little to no tire squeal and handle well in the rain as well. I can't attest to their performance in the snow though because I basically use these as a summer tire and Michelin X-Ices for snow tires. The only catch is I heard these might be discontinued (much to my lament :( ) so I would look at whatever Bridgestone is offering that replaces these or comes close to these.

Yokohama "AVID V4S" -- $79/tire on Tirerack
I would also consider the Bridgestone "Potenza G 009" ...though, they are significantly heavier. They're the same price, look better, and appear to perform a little better.

You should consider the Kumho "Solus KH16." They're a lot cheaper and appear to perform similarly.

Whatever you do, do NOT go with the OEM tires... simply overpriced and aren't anything to write home about.

I second that. Don't get the OEM Turanza's. I had hydroplaning issues with mine, although I did get nearly 50K miles out of them.
NTB has their own version of the Yokohama v4 that is cheaper and just as decent, although I haven't tried them.
Also I recommend the Nokian WRH for an all-around decent winter tire, and is cheap as well.

I'm in the same boat.
Tire makers have jumped on the bandwagon in the 205/60-16 size in the last couple of years, there are now 44 models of tires available in this size! So the question goes out, what’s the best? I want a tire that does it all: Cornering, Dry weather, Wet weather, Comfort/Ride, Fuel mileage, Quietness, Price
Here is what I am thinking:
Sumitomo HTR+ 205/60VR16 400 AA A 20Lbs 51 $65.00
Bridgestone Potenza G 009 205/60HR16 460 A A 25Lbs 44 $79.00
Dunlop SP Sport A2 Plus 205/60HR16 460 AA A 22Lbs 44 $68.00
My expereince:
Bridgestone Potenza G 009
I have these (195/65-15) on my daughters 2000 Ford Focus ZX3.
Pros: It’s the perfect tire for that little slot-car; Excellent corning in the dry and wet, good ride and quite. They rate very well on the tirerack.com survey and could probably be bought from a local Firestone dealer at a competitive price.
Cons: Weight - 25Lbs
Dunlop SP Sport A2 Plus
I ran the older version of these tires (205/60-15) on my 2005 Mercury Mystique 2.5L V6 5-speed.
Pros: An overall good performance tire in most conditions in dry and rain. Inexpensive and lighter than most other tires at 22Lbs.
Cons: I replaced a couple of sets due to fast wear (About 25,000 miles)
I have had excellent luck with the Sumitomo brand, but I don’t have any first hand information on the HTR+.
Pros: They rate very well on the tirerack.com survey. Inexpensive, lightest weight @ 20Lbs!
Cons: ?
What do you think?
