So the FCX is going to be available next year??? Where can i sign up...? or can I? I could talk my dad into leasing one maybe. Also couldn't this be the next Accord 4 door in disguise??

Mostlikely will be a lease like the current FCX for about $500 per month with all the fuel and service included.

So im guessing the people who get to try it out first are probobly a friend of a friend of a Honda executive....? Well i would like the oppotunity if possible. Otherwise, i think the car is rather good looking and if it can deliver decent perfomance and keep the price somewhat reasonable, this will be a great thing for everyone especialy Honda, If this car can deliver this will put them in the front of this new recent huge push on globle warming which has been in the news for months and will continue, putting companies who are making a difference in the spotlight. I just hope all goes well.

We won’t start the Man made "Global warming" myth, but your question about choosing the FCX drivers. I read that the family (current FCX) was chosen via an e-mail application of southern Cal. Honda Civic GX owners.
Here's a little blurb about it ; So why did Honda choose the Spallinos? First, they are used to alternative fuel vehicles. They already own a separate Honda which runs on natural gas. They also live close to Honda's headquarters in Torrance and Honda liked their down-to-earth values.
The 2008 FCX sedan I believe will go to families like the Spallinos,
I'm sure the Hollywood do gooders will get first dibs, Leo, Steven Spielberg, Cameron Deiz and the such (can't spell any of their names) I Don't want to sound like I don't believe in the FCX, I do and I love the fact it's 0 dependency on oil. I just don't care for the Hollywood fakes, but if Honda wants to get the word out, they have to go the Toyota way and bring in the heavy promoters like they did with the Prius. Every manufacture can take a marketing lesson from Toyota.
I understand this car is out of this world to drive. It truly is a future car, something you would expect to see in a movie about the future. I here Honda spent loads of time on the inside to make it bright, fresh and positive. The Civic like gauges will be sweet and the feel is very smooth.
Good for Honda for bringing this technology to the select public before 2010 and GM. That ill show em
