Now that my four free oil changes are gone at my dealership(that ripped me off), I'd like to find a dealership that has a good service department. I think my dealer(Sierra) has a decent service department but I really don't want to give them any more business. Pasadena Honda seems overpriced and I have no clue about Glendale. I'm willing to drive further if it means good service and prices. Any recommendations out there?

Im in the same search. Ive heard good and bad at just about ever dealer.

Pasadena - Went in for an oil change, no appointment. Nice, friendly, out in 40 min ($27?)

Scott Robbinson (torrance) - Oil Change + rotation, no appointment. out in 30 minutes ($40)
Went back for a small part and the guy at the desk wasn't helpful.

Hollywood Honda - Went in for the reflash. They did it without any hassle when most other dealers weren't. Good service. Very tight with space though which makes me nervous (dents) ($0)

Ive been hearing good things bout Santa Monica, ... any experiences out there?

Thanks for the info. I will check out the Hollywood dealer. Any more feedback on Goudy or Colonial or Spirit Honda?

Honda released a TSB for SIs through ..07900?? to have their ECUs reflased (helps with dbw/fuel delivery).. I forget the TSB #, but it was out back in August 06
