hey guys ive got a b18 which is using loads of water the previous ownert had the head gasket done though so im guesing cracked head ive a b16 engine do you know if itl fit in its place and wether distributor ect will fit on to the b16 from the b18?? thankyou

The general answer is yes. Some cars have different front mounts though, so depending upon the year/origin of the engine you might lose one mount (no big deal).

Distributor wise it depends on the engine and year of car, but it shouldn't be hard to make it work. This sort of thing is done all the time (but in reverse - B16 to B18).

Can't you swap heads? That might be easier if the only thing bad with the B18 is the head.
