One day driven' my 05 EP3 the window didnt want to roll up. After a few min tryn' I hit a bump and up it goes. Called the dealer asap. Took the car in the next day. They found the problem and ordered the part. Three days later the part had come in. They fix it fairly quick ,but as i was leaving noticed a crack in my driver side and passenger side door panel. It was the type of crack you see when you bend plastic and it turns white. I showed the service guy (Steve S) and he talked to the guys that worked on the car. When he came back he said "the aftermarket crossovers are to big and are pushing the panel out causing it to crack". So its not covered ><. I advised him that i got the car uaed and the speakers were already in the car. But he just said there is noting he can do. AsI arrived at my home there is a message from Steve. Said he has ordered the parts and will call when they arrive And that its covered ^^. So few days later the new door panels were installed. ( after i moved the crossovers to a better spot) On the way home I notced the door locks dont work now. They worked before i droped it off. Checked them after I moved the crossovers. So now back to Honda a few days later. Well it was just a loose wire. Poped it back in and good to go,but some how they broke my inside door handle.(used to shut the door) Of corse my Girl is like WTF. Bunch of bone heads over there. As before they ordered the part put it in and now good to go. So after about five trips And a few free car washes all's well. Through all that Steve S was very helpful but the guys working on the car dont think i would rate very high. Not Sure if I want to take my Coupe there have a paint problem. Kinda worryed what they will do this time.

I can tell you from experience (working on my 95 Accord) that it takes about 15-20 minutes to take the panel off. You need to take your time and be thorough with what you are doing. From what you have described the tech(s) doing this job were in a hurry and when you rush something you either forget something (connecting correctly the power door locks) or you break something (your door handle, it’s made of thin plastic, one hard push and it’ll crack). If this is one tech that did the work on all 5 trips, make sure the next time you go to them tell the sales rep not to have him work on your car. If enough people complain about him either he’ll get his act together or he’ll get canned.

I would never take my car there because one of the guys i talked to one time(asked him a simple question, he was the service manager) gave me a bunch of attitude. I was pissed off as hell and i started giving him a piece of my mind, after a few minutes of this i go inside and i start giving the general manager the rest of my mind...i was so pissed. to hell with honda corona
