I've got an '06 Civic LX MT coupe. Last week I was driving down the road after work listening to a CD, when all of a sudden the CD player quit working and I lost all my radio presets. I took the car into the dealer and was told that the system will have to be replaced. I'm waiting on the new radio/CD palyer as we speak--should be in this week. I bought the car new last October and have 16k miles on it. I've had several quality issues with this car. Has anyone lost their radio/CD player like this? I was told at the dealer, that Honda was having a few problems with '06 Civic and Accord radios.

Nope but 100% agree on quality on the 06 LX MT I have one is well. Its always small stupid things but some are scarry. Thx for the heads up on how long that pos deck will last. I'm probley just going to replace it and keep the bezel for resale. I just hope the new moter dosent have any major problems after 100k miles. I've only got 11k on mine since Feb.
