I replaced my valves on my ITR. and put the head on, now everytime I rev to 5600 RPM the car breaks up and wont pass that. I can put the car in neutral and rev to 9000RPM easily but when driving it wont pass 5600. I changed coil, rotor, wires, cap, VTEC solenoid, ignitor and nothing different happened. There are also no check engine light. Please help

I would think you didn't put something back together properly. Sounds like it could be the VTEC rockers getting stuck and not fully engaging. Something mechanical may be out of alignment. First disable VTEC and start your diagnosis from that point. So at least you can narrow down the problem. Pull the cover off and reinspect everything. Also, did you make sure the ignition and valve timing were accurate?

Isn't the Vtec cam actuated by hydraulic pressure? If so, maybe the oil passage is partially blocked somehow. I'm really guessing here, but its the only thing I can think of at the moment.

On the B-series head there is an oil pressure dowel pin underneath the cam towers. The most common cause we see for VTEC not activating is people forgetting to put this dowel pin (restrictor) back in when replacing cams. There is also an oil restrictor between the head and block that must be in place for VTEC to work.
Since you had to remove the head, I suggest checking these two items (the cam tower issue can be checked without removing the head, but the cams must be pulled).

I did take the cams out Sunday and again reinspected the rocker assembly to make sure all the pins were ther, and they are but man I am so beat with this problem. I also did make sure the dowel under the cam cap was there.

Also the car would drive perfect just until you try to rev in to VTEC

Also when I disconnect the VTEC solenoid the car run pass 5600 but the check engine light cause the computer to shut down like 7000RPM. So I am kind of thinking its mechanical or oil pressure.

figured it out, the car was leaning out everytime I went in to VTEC.
