Honda Accord:Is this a Synchronizer Problem?

OK just I just some clutch problems, griding in 3rd gear and eventally all gears, hard to change gears etc..I changed my clutch and everything works fine exept that everytime I go over 4,000 RPMs on 3rd gear it would grind. My car only does that in 3rd. It use to do this before my clutch when bad. that was kinda the first sign I notice before my clutch started acting up? Is this s clutch replated problem or is my Synchronizer going bad? And how much is it to replace my synchroz?
