I am wanting to get into a newer ride and i'm think about a good used civic or integra or a a new RSX if the money is there.
I'm leaning towards the integra.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

go with the RSX .....nice car man
6speed..........i-VTEC =wup-ass
the RSX i belive is lighter than both of those.....
and it is pretty fast with just intake headers and exhuast....
it looks better with JDM stuff too..........

The RSX is the nicest, but also the most expensive.
There has been so much development work done with the B-series engines that extracting HP from them is an equation, based on how much HP you want and how much money you're willing to spend.
The Integra is a wee bit heavier than a Civic, but you get a larger engine with more potential.

It really depends on what your really looking for. If you can afford the RSX and have money left over, or in the future planning to modify your car, then the RSX is the way to go!! Although the RSX is the heaviest, Honda has compensated that for the linear vtec curve, meaning that vtec goes from Mild Cam to Wild Cam eariler and you dont' really feel the Vtec kick in compared to the previous shape Type R. This is mainly due the new engine that is housed within the RSX, the new series and the future series... K20A!!!!! This is a whole new design of vtec engine and it incorporates VTEC with VTC to create i-Vtec!!! Thus making the previous Type R, the B18C obsolete... =( (No offense to ITR owners, i still look up to it) The legendary B18C is.. well, legendary, but the K20A is the future!!! And i'm pretty sure... well, actually i'm just guessing... but Honda should be bringing out a new integra, in the future to come and it will be far more powerful than the current Type R. Because how can and extra 0.2Lt only produce a mere 6kw more power..?? It's Honda we're talking about. If you want to know how the K20A work, then i highly suggest you follow this link, it's really really good... i don't even understand it myself, but it's pretty comprehensive.

So in conclusion, the B series ( ie. B18C, B16A etc) are gonna be obsolete, and if you dont change.. well... your gonna be left behind.. it's a sad story, but it's the truth man. Don't get me wrong, if the RSX is out of your price range, the ITR is still a monster, and cuz there is so little difference between HP, its then comes down to drivers skill!!!! Like in Initial D... =) But although, i've heard from pplz, if the driver's skill are roughly the same, the RSX should leave the ITR behind in 2nd gear... even with the 100kg more on the RSX
Weight:
RSX: ~1170kg
ITR: ~1060kg
CTR: less than 1060kg (CTR is apparently faster than ITR cuz of power to weight ratio)
