I am on my second Integra ('00 now, used to have '94) and it seems that the radiator is starting to leak just like '94 model. Both started around 110K miles.
Is this "normal" or am I not doing some kind of preventive maintenance?
I would think that they'd improve it in 6 years if it was a known issue.

I wouldn't say it's normal, but it isn't very uncommon either. The radiator seems to be a weak point on all Integras. Quite a few owners have had to replace them. I still have the original radiator on my GS-R ('96 with 152k miles).
I'm not sure if it's a preventative maintenance thing either. I've taken my Integra to the dealer for most of its maintenance (I do the oil changes) since day 1.

I also do not think I messed up on maintenance. I change the antifreeze about every 40K miles (I think it's not bad). I can't think of any other reason it may start to leak. And it even in the same place! Right at the top of the radiator.
Maybe because I am mostly doing highway miles?

Well, when Integra owners do have problems with their radiators, that's exactly where it starts to leak.
It's possible that I'm the exception.
What brand of antifreeze are you using and what are you mixing it with?

Last time I flushed it at Acura dealer, so he must have used Honda brand and I guess they do it right.
So yeah, I think you are just lucky... good for you ;)

If you are talking about how the top cover splits open just under the radiator cap, its a common problem with ALL cars carrying the plastic top and bottom "tanks".
This situation usually happens when the vehicle is around 5 years of age or approximately has between 70,000 to 100,000 kms of mileage.
Since most japan spec vehicles carry either Toyo or ND units the problem lies with the thickness and make up of the plastic in use, i've not seen one of these brands outlast the other.

I had the same problem with mine at 107,000 miles. If you tend to get a oem honda radiator you might as well go with an all aluminum radiator. Otherwise there are some cheaper aftermarket radiators. I went with the aftermarket and it is holding up just fine.
