Got a set of xetronic HID's for my low-beams, Kit fits and installs great, But I have this flicker, It's completely random, sometimes I can go for a drive and they will not flicker at all, But most of the time, randomly, each side will flicker, They never flicker at the same time.
When the car is running, Battery shows 13.9-14.2, When I hook up the leads to the stock headlight connector, When my radiator fan/s come on, it drops to 13.6-13.7 then climbs right back to 14.X, so there is a tiny hiccup, Could that cause the flicker? I assumed the ballasts in the HID kit would error-correct for that sort of thing.
Does anyone know how I could resolve this flicker? Or could might be causing it if it's not the minor volt-jump?
Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a ballast issue. I tell everyone I know who is interested in an HID conversion to make sure the ballast are either McCulloch or Sylvania because these tend to be the best on the market. Ive had my HID's in my Civic for about a year and havent had any issues with flickering or illumination and neither hasmy wife in her Oddyssey.

If it was just one side I would suspect a ballast. Since its happening on both sides I suspect something common to both.
Double check your power and ground leads.
A battery terminal can seem firmly attached but still not have the best connection.
