I noticed the hood and trunk (the trunk especially) don't match up well and have significant panel gaps. Am I just seeing things? I read in another post TOV had difficulty with fitment. Will Seibon correct their mold, or what? Right now (even though there is no time left) the car doesn’t look SEMA ready. In fact, the trunk looks like it isn’t even water-tight anymore.

On the other hand, the rest of the car looks incredible. The vinyl graphics look professional and classy. The SSR wheels look beautiful. Way to go guys.

I’d still like to see carbon fiber pillar skin/roof, and lighter weight carbon all around. lets get 300lbs off this car to put it on par with the JDM DC5 integra type R (25xx lbs).

Actually, I just compared the OEM with CF pictures and the panel gap looks pretty darn close. Maybe you're just seeing the contrast between the body colored panels and CF?

The hood fits perfectly. We have no complaints with that at all.

The trunk sits a bit high at the 90 degree or so bend from the horizontal to the vertical. We tried shimming the mounts to change the angle, but that didn't work.

Its not really noticeable unless you focus on it, but it isn't perfect. I'm sure Seibon with adjust accordingly.
