I have an 05 RSX-S. At only 70mph and above I am experiencing a little steering wheel vibration as if the wheels aren't balanced. I had the wheels balanced maybe 5 different times and even put on different tires twice and still get the same shaking at 70 and higher. The faster the speed the more the shake. So I am ruling out wheel balance, but does anyone know what else this could be? The dealer thinks I'm too sensitive and I should put a few thousand miles on the car to see if the problem goes away. I'm pretty sure the shake is only in the steering wheel and not the car.

Seems strange to me. Has this been happening since you took delivery of the car? If so, have you tried different wheels? They could be slightly out of round. That's about all I can think of.

I'm pretty sure it's been happening the whole 2 weeks I had the car. I haven't hit any potholes at all, and one place DID tell me one of the fronts (tires) is out-of-round, another place said all is round. I put different TIRES on the car twice, then back to the stock tires, had 5 or 6 balances and each time it's the same vibration at the same speeds.

You can ask your dealership to use a finish balancer (such as a Hoffman) that balances the wheel/tire, brakes, and driveshaft as an entire assembly on the car.
Next time you have the wheels/tires balanced, ask for the RFV (radial force variation) from the balancer machine. If it's over 6 or 7 kgf, you can probably feel a vibration. No method of balancing will help that. The tires are just out of round.
The tires could be flatspotting too. Does the vibration go away with driving?
