Hello all! I'm going to be doing a new clutch on my 'tegy and noted on the last clutch install that the 'snout' the throw out bearing rides on is worn badly which makes clutch engagement rather weird.
My question is; Is there a fix for this available or would it be best to just buy a new inner tranny case?? I'm not looking to be a cheap-o, I just don't want to have to crack the case open if I don't have to at this point.
It seems to me that there was an outfit that made a sleeve and used an oversize bearing years ago but can not find info on it.
The tranny needs a rebuild anyway, but if I can save a few bucks that would be nice.
