From all the info I can get, it seems the stock tire on the 2005 RSX S Type are not a great choise for this car. The Dealer will swap tires for me. The question is do I get an all season or summer tires/winter tires. I am leaning towards the latter, Here is the info you need to the questions
1. I live in Connecticut
2. Not to agressive ( a little more so with new car)
3. Cruising speed 70-75
4. 12,000 mpy
5. 25,000 - 30,000
6. Ride comfort
7. sharp steering
8. stock tire on 2001 Taurus
9. Noise not an issue
10. Not modified

I would say get the summer tires, then get dedicated winter tires in most instances. But, you listed ride comfort and summer tires are usually kind of short on comfort. Since you are not a racer, I would get Ultra High Performance tires for the warm months and winter tires for winter.
My experience with summer tires is they are extra stiff riding, noisy and have a short tread life, but are great in the corners. The all seasons I have are great in the corners and have a decent ride with not too much noise. I am not a fan of discomfort, and summer tires can be very uncomfortable. Cy is the man to ask for more info on what is available with your requirements.

Swap for a "light" all-season tires and get a separate wheel & tire package for the winter. By light all-season tire, I mean an all-season tire that is heavily focused on wet and dry performance with snow perfomance a lower priority. A light all-season tire will be able to get you the 25-30K mileage you're looking for.
The stock 215/45-17 width tires are too wide for optimal snow traction so running more hardcore all-seasons in this size is not the best way to go.
If they'll let you pick any tire, best choice for your priorities is the Pirelli Pzero Nero M+S, see:
http://www.tirerack.com/a.jsp?a=AL6&url=/tires/tires.jsp&tireMake=Pirelli&tireModel=PZero+Nero+M%26S&
See if they'll swap for the wider 225/45-17. The cost difference per tire is $7 per tire.
Thank you.
