RSX suspension Question (Score: 1, Normal)

I'm in the market for a new car and I think its going to be an new 03 accord(depending on what they look like in the end) or an RSX type-S. Overall I like the way the RSX looks, but I wouldlke to lower it an inch as I think it sits almost to high. Nothing radical, but I have no knowledge of suspension tuning. Does anyone have an example of an RSX with a 1 inch drop? What type of springs/shocks should you use? I believe yo cang et ajustable ones, does that mean once installed you can do the adjustments yourself at home? What performance advantages do you get? How does it affect the ride? Sorry for all the questions, I'm rather new to this. Many thanks.

Brillo i recommend buying JIC FLT-A2. They are height and damp adjusted. The car can be dropped from 0.5-3.5", so just drop your car to where exactly you want it to be, to see what i mean go here: http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=29460
