I've done a couple CAI installs, not AEM, but it's the same technique.
Get the front of the car up on jackstands, take the passenger-side front wheel off, pop some clips and unscrew some screws from the fenderliner, peel back the fenderliner (tuck it behind the brake rotor to get it out of the way) and everything is right there. I think all the bolts are 10mm and a 3/8" drive with extension/deep socket should do the trick for everything. I manage to break a lot of those clip thingys in the fenderliner and end up having to cut them out with snips, so I bought some extras - like 10 for a couple bucks from dlr. Some folks say that the AEM will rub the AC lines, so pay careful attention to the clearances there.
Hope that helps. Post more questions if you have them. :-)

The AEM *WILL* rub the A/C lines. To aid in this, I wrapped some rubber hose (from any auto parts store) around the A/C lines and zip tied it. Then, the intake tube rubs the hose instead of the lines. Very tight, but worked fine for years.
