This Civic is simply put - ugly. It get's worse with every redesign. Is it that hard to design a good looking car these days? Does it cost more to design a good looking car? I simply don't get it.

Thanks for the picture. Doesn't look much like a Corolla to me (no offense to anyone).

What does the "author" usually write articles about? Cooking? Horoscopes? Relationship advice? She is hopefully not a regular contributor to the automotive section. And it sounds like her husband may need helmet.

Why honda keeps dulling the civic, I don't know. Not only does it look like the current Camry, but it is tottaly ordinary. What is Honda Marketing/Design smoking these days?

I don't see any resemblance to Corolla. Not sure where some of you get the idea. But I do see the front end resembling that of the Civic Si (link below) with different 97-99 CL/98-02 Accord-like headlamps.
