Something similar happened here in Milwaukee this past summer. A guy in a Lamborghini left a downtown bar drunk, jumped in his car and tried to take off. He wouldn't pull over for the police, he finally stopped and then resisted the officers when they tried to take him out of the car. Unfortunately the video only shows the Officer striking the driver, which he is allowed to do in Wisconsin.
I can't believe so people commented that they hate cops.
Don't run from police (especially drunk) and don't resist the arrest and 99.9% of the time they will not beat you.
What the hell do you expect from the cop after making the his adrenalin boil?

The only assumption I take away from this video is that this rich (oil money?) punk has no respect for law enforcement in the U.S. He is clearly the ahole!
From my personal POV, I feel the Ferrari driver is totally at fault here. He just tried to bully his way over the policeman. While occurrences of police brutality do also exists here, sometimes the police are in the right. I suppose if that passer-by who came in half-way and shot photos or videos of the police officer dragging the guy out of the car, he can put it up on youtube or somewhere and people will be condemning 'police brutaility'. But this video itself shows the whole incident, more or less un-edited, and this is the 'whole picture'. Seeing only part of the picture (or intentionally editing a video to show the wrong story) is often the cause for arguments and over here, often used for ulterior motives.
