I've had problems everyday for the past 2 days. My car sits outside at work and maybe the temps inside the car are effecting the radio system. Its only been in the 80's this week, so I hate to see what happens when next summer comes with 90's and 100's. Yesterday my entire system, regardless of source, sounded like high pitched noise.
Here's what happened today.
My bluetooth connection would not pair up. It usually connects after
I get in the car. It kept asking me to connect to a new device or my iphone. I would press the button for my iphone and it wouldn't connect. Also, my XM station names wouldn't show up on the touch screen, it only showed the sation number. Also, when I finishded talking through the bluetooth system, the call screen would not go away..even after hanging up. I couldn't get it off the screen no nmatter what I did. This system has many issues!!!!

I have had the issue where the sound is distorted from all sources at least 2 times. It is most likely a software issue that can be cleared up with a firmware upgrade. I haven't had any issues paring my phone, the only issue is that I can't dial out using voice commands though that might be an issue with my phone not being 100% compatible.

These, to me, sound like classic new model-year issues that will get sorted out, especially when there are so many cars out there with the issue. It reminds me of a much less important problem with the 8th gen civics, the sun visors splitting. (in terms of how wide-spread the issue is)

I have a 6 week old 2013 Accord, and yes there are many radio/audio problems. With the Bluetooth connected to my phone, the radio sound will randomly mute when I change from FM to AM or to XM. Have to turn audio power off/on to get sound back. The audio sound has random high frequency distortion. Had to turn off the car and restart it for the sound to come back to normal. Have a "no disk" message randomly when I start the car. I have never put a disk in the player. The problem never occurs when I'm at the dealer (Crown Honda, Durham, NC) and they are not interested in calling in the Honda Tech Line for info and help. Will stop going to Crown for service.
