Ha...so I've been on about every Honda website for all the countries. Also, being as curious as I am, I have also gone on many other manufactures' website in other countries.
Usually the US version of the website is more thorough, and, if you're a geek, you'll notice the use of HTML5.
But out of all car website, I found Honda Australia (http://www.honda.com.au/cars.aspx) to be the best. Here is why:
1) Beautiful, easy to see animations.
2) Full screen scrolling (kind of hard to show in a picture, check it out yourself! :P)
3) Honesty.
4) Funny.
^there might be an ad covering the funny part!

What!?? No comment on the Civic series II pic or the intro of a Civic Sport model?.......The only question is the Series II Civic panels look the same. We heard and read of rumors of quarter panel and hood changes. Doesn't look like it acocrding to this pic, still looks good.

........And the scroll down feature is pretty cool. Click on the Civic sedan and scroll down to change pages, pretty slick.

I prefer US site for simplicity and easy to use. The flashy pages are crap and gets annoying after sometime.

The pages are not rendered in flash, nor over the top (IMO).
However, the US site is easier to use, IMO (but stupidly, it does use flash... unlike the Australian site, so I can browse the entire thing on an ipad).
The only ding I have against the australian site is no preloading, which can get annoying after a while, but the showroom app makes up for that (IMO).

I like the humor in it. In the old site for the City model, (I don't see it now) there was one where you can scroll through examples of 'people' using their City to haul lots of stuff in the trunk and the scenery of where they drive. It shows people next to the car, and if you click on the trunk it opens up and shows you what they put in it and they tell you waht they are doing. Some examples are people taking music instruments, golf clubs in the appropriate settings etc.
The last example is a mafia-type tough guy, the scenery is late night and there is a shovel on the ground with some mound of dirt.. and the City is moving about as if somebody is inside. And if you click on the car it won't open, the mafia-guy will say something like "There is nothing interesting in there, move along." :)

^With "flashy", I meant more like cosmetic stuff, not the animation thing.
