We are talking about that now at http://www.vtec.net/forums/one-message?message_id=1093548&page_number=1#1093548.
TOV talk first started in a now obscure thread in the NNR article for the new 9G Accord. But now the thread above is quite busy. Lots of interesting info over there.

No problem. I just didn't want to divert or hijack your ongoing conversation. ;-)
If, for the US, the MMC included a vestigial rear seat I would queue-up right away!

Well, we are the same team so what's the problem ? LOL !!!
About that rear seat, actually having 'owned' the AsianDM CR-Z for an extended weekend -> http://asia.vtec.net/Reviews/1GCRZFull/index.html, 'seat' is really a misnomer...
IMO, those cannot really be called 'seat'. Oh yes, they are built like seats but you really can't sit on them, not even if you are a teenager. During a short trip, one of my friends decided to hitch a ride in the 'rear seats'. He had to crouch so much that he gave up halfway and had to sit across, over the two seats. On the return trip, he gave up and hitched a ride with another friend. And he's around 5' 7".
And it's not all about headroom either. Thing is for an asian, I am considered 'tall' but I am still only 6ft tall. But once I have adjusted the driver's seat for proper driving position, the 'rear seat' behind me is totally useless. The thing is the driver's seat is pushed right against the seat behind and there is really no 'foot well'. So even a teenager will be unable to sit there because there is no place to put the feet. Unless he or she sits with feet folded on top of the seat...

Speaking of "team" - if you ever need any custom banners or graphics for asia.vtec.net please let me know. I know I extended the offer waaaay back but it always stands.
I've been eyeing your home page banner and sidebar graphics for some time! Sometime a little polish or update can open some new doors and eyes.
You know to reach me. ;-)

See, it is spiritually related to the CR-X.

There is a similar issue with Hachiroku and the Prelude is little better. They are only three-seaters, assuming a short-legged front passenger. The Prelude 5's headroom was, however, surprisingly good.

Yah !! I have been meaning to ask you for a long time about this. I did talk to Jeff at one time but then I remember him telling me you were busy, I think you were busy with work or was changing job or something.
Any and all help welcomed with wide open arms and deep appreciation/gratitude. I have already contacted you via our 'internal channel'.
Now... you might start to regret making this offer to me... LOL !!!
Remember my three other related sites besides TOVA :

and the two blogs at tovahondafan.blogspot.com and honda-geek.blogspot.com.

Which has reminded me of the time my friend took an R35 for a test drive. Your's truly was bannished to the rear "seat" for the brief drive. No problem me thinks, I'm under 5'8" after all.................. Months later my neck is still under the care of a chiro! Pity the thing is such a ballistic missile, 'cause he bought it anyway :)

The new nose looks better then previous. Was not a fan of the horizontal bars in the previous CRZ.
This car looks sharp, will def. consider trading in my Z4 if the mpg improves and have at least one extra seat in the back.
