I clearly see where there are brushed metal and chrome accents on the dash and center console.
But, I'm having hard time interpreting the texture/color of the area where the passenger side A/C vent is (between the top dash and glove box) which carries over to the door.
Typically, this would be where you have either brushed metal or faux wood accents. What material/color is that? Is that some kind of faux dark grey wood (like the MDX had) or is it just black?

Looking at some of the earlier spy pics, I think it may be some type of faux carbon fiber maybe?
The picture below is the coupe's door panel but I'm thinking the materials will be the same, though I may be wrong.

I saw that on the coupe pic... but do you really think a Sedan Touring would have faux carbon fiber accents?

Like I said, I could be wrong but it's possible. It's really hard to tell since that picture makes the finish look like a flat black. FWIW, I think the '06-'07 Accords had some type of trim that resembled carbon fiber.

I want to say V6 Sedans with the 6-speed stick. As always, could be wrong! (Might have even been just the Ivory interior, as Black and Gray may have still had only the silver trim.)

A better title would be "Help me understand the dash."
The huge speedometer is something straight out of the 1950s. And what's with the cut line on the far side of the navigation screen? You want to look at that every day for several years? Worse yet, the center stack is now a jumble -- a random re-arranging of the 8th gen.
