Turn on the A/C.
In a nutshell.

(1) Make sure Air Conditioning is on. A/C acts as a de-humidifier, which takes moisture out of the vehicle cabin.
(2) Press the button on the air conditioning control that turns on the fans that direct air to the windshield. This will also push air out through side vents that hit the windows.
(3) In the wintertime, I find that turning up the heat helps. Cold glass acts like a condenser, and water will accumulate on it. Warming up the glass seems to keep fog away.

If you have automatic climate control, hit the "Defrost," and make sure the temperature is set to anything other than full cold. (My Accords have usually kicked the fans up on their own, along with temperature--the set temperature seems to be "ignored" for the first couple of minutes of operation.)
With manual A/C, most of the time hitting "Defrost" automatically kicks on the A/C. Adjust to a warmer temp, make sure the airflow is not set to "Recirculate," and kick the fan up as needed. ("Recirculate" could make the problem worse, especially if there is film buildup on the insides of the windows.)

Should be a slider then that picks where the airflow should go. Slide it all the way to the right. This will send air to your windshield.

Check your owner's manual.

Turn the heat on and hit the A/C button, and don't recirculate the air (this should be automatic once you press the button to blow the air on the windshield, but in case it's not, de-select the recirculate air button). That'll clear up the fogging.
Do not turn the A/C on and dial it to the blue/cold because then you'll start getting condensation on the bottom of the window.

1. Buy a hot girlfriend. I think this was in another thread?
2. Make sure she is in the passenger seat.
3. Get her to remove her shirt.
4. Have her wipe the fog off the windshield with her shirt.
