No cloth EX-V6--interesting. 7th-Gen had the LX-V6, and the 8th-Gen had an EX-V6--I see quite a few around, including one of each of these generations at church--Honda DOES sell them.
Also, no mention of memory seats on the EXL-V6--can't believe Honda would remove individual items like this from trim levels; I guess I'm going to be pissed if I can't swing a Touring--after the seat in my '06 gets moved, it takes me a week sometimes to get the thing put back right! (And yes, they need HomeLink on something else other than the EXL-V6--hopefully they pre-wire the console and offer a plug-and-play unit as a general accessory, like they did on the 7th-Gens. The Honda geeks at College Hills Honda in Wooster, OH had to jerry-rig a garage-door-clicker batterty-operated HomeLink for the 8th-Gens--when the battery dies, you have to tear the unit out to replace it.)
Hope they can keep the transaction price (before tax and title) of the Touring at or under $35,500.

I don't think they sold many to be honest. I think I have seen maybe a handful, in a sea of TONS of EX-L or LX V6's... Not saying that nobody bought them, but perhaps they decided to rationalize the available trims so they could put the money into feature content on the higher selling versions...
