- no pets, smoke, or track use.
- no accidents, door dings, scrapes, or scratches.
- no damage to traditional high wear areas: front bumper fascia has no scrapes, no lazy person ingress/egress wear to driver seat upper and lower bolster, no curb rash to any of the 4 wheels (or on the 8 extra wheels/tires).
- All service performed by me according to owners manual schedule and service manual procedure using correct bolt torques to reduce risk of common Honda dealer mistakes. I'm meticulous about not letting others work on my car Honda dealers make too many mistakes. You won't be disappointed in this cars condition! Engine oil changed by maintenance minder schedule 100% synthetic 5W30 oil.

Modifications:
- Shift Boot – installed OE ‘08 Si part (red stitching)
- Shift Knob: OE Civic Type R part (hand carried back from Japan). OE Si shift knob available for swap if needed
- 2010 Honda Navigation DVD installed
- Floor Mats: Honda Accessory all weather mats installed. OE carpeted mats available
- Horn – OE ‘08 Accord part installed because original Si horn tone sounds rather sissy
- Transmission Oil: changed to AMSOIL Synthetic Syncromesh Manual Transmission Gear oil. Service bulletin for ‘06, ‘07 Si’s calls for transmission disassembly to repair design flaw with 3rd gear syncho. Changing to this oil fixes the problem without having to remove and disassemble the transmission
- Brakes: changed to OE ‘06 S2000 pad material for improved brake pedal effectiveness and stiffness
- Goodridge steel braided brake lines used for improved pedal stiffness
- Honda Genuine DOT 4 brake fluid used for extra heat capacity and improved hydroscopic performance
