Rear license plate area is much wider to accommodate non-US plates, presumably. The sharper exterior design, turn signal mirrors, rear LED's, and HID's also make it seem like a worthy successor to the Euro Accord (TSX). However it remains to be seen if the Asian/European market will appreciate its increased size, and possibly less nimble handling.

People keep talking about the LEDs and other stuff... I'd personally be extremely surprised if those were to be found on anything but the plug-in version. You guys should keep in mind that that thing is going to be priced well into Acura territory, ain't a simple Accord no more...
Btw, I don't know in the US, but at least everywhere else all Honda hybrids use LEDs...
They are also pretty common in US Accords sold in Asia ...
Anyway, just sayin'

Front LEDs are obnoxiously bright :coughAudicough:, hope Honda gives us standard HIDs in US.

Most Asian countries actually DO NOT have JDM Accords. They have the USDM Accord instead. So the smaller size of this upcoming new Accord would be welcomed in those areas.

I agree about LED lighting. It makes you look at the light source rather than the car, even in DRL form.
