Yeah, we tune a number of cars like this. They average around 380-400 whp. The usual recipe is a 2.5 or 2.6 stroker motor, 13-14:1 compression, Drag Cartel Stage 4 or 5 cams, a good race header and then either a monster intake manifold or ITBs. A car like this (street class) will usually weigh in around 2300-2400 lbs with driver and run low 10's at 125-130 mph.

To me what's even more impressive is that you could run a simpler combo with a 2.4, similar cams, a more common intake manifold and a race header with a muffler and still pump out 320 whp on pump gas and 340-350 on pump E85 (and well over 200 lbs-ft of torque). You do have to keep the revs down to 8000 rpm or less though if you don't want to wear the rings out in 10k miles though. The race motors, even with a 101-102mm crank are revving to 9000+, which is really tough on the rings and bores.
