This person couldn't get better pictures? I would have been snapping non stop........clear day, no traffic.......
WHY? I ask, because I believe Honda sent this picture to Jeff.......They want reactions...........

If Honda actually listened to us on here, the would not have had the problems they had with the criticism they received with the 9th gen civic.

Haha, I was thinking the same thing but I didn't want to sound ungrateful. BTW, thanks anonymous.
Better believe, if I ever see a Honda in camo I will go out of my way to snap some shots. The only car I've seen in camo was the MMC of the Kia Amanti. I just happen to spot it going in the opposite direction on the interstate near Vegas.

Can anyone identify the car which the shot was taken from? It looks like there is a TL in the side mirror, and you can sort of see the side profile in that round blind spot mirror, looks kind of minivanish or suvish but hard to tell with the tov banner there.
When will this anonymous source provide us with a glimpse of the Accord?

I would've followed them with a 1080p video camera.

Prototypes I've seen:
1. 1997 T-Bird, in full view, Utica, MI.
2. Current-generation Mazda 6, on I-75 South between Detroit and Toledo--couldn't tell exactly what it was, looked like a COUPE with the camo, but the mirrors and grille screamed Mazda. (This being seen literally five minutes after I resumed my trip after I changed a tire at the side of the freeway--I gave chase at 85mph on the donut spare to get a look--OOPS! ;-) ) Damned if I wasn't right!
3. 2013 Nissan Altima, a few weeks ago, heading home from work, I-75 South out of Toledo. Couldn't tell exactly what it was at first, but the Tennessee manufacturer's plate gave it away.
Don't have a phone with a camera (don't flame me for it), so if I were to see a Honda, I'd probably end up in an accident or with an expensive traffic ticket while trying to commit the details to memory for later "brain dump" on here!
As I stated in another thread on "General Talk," a colleague of mine might have seen a lightly disguised 2013 Accord prototype over the weekend. http://www.vtec.net/forums/one-message?message_id=1064527&page_number=1#1064527
As for the Civic pic, the taillights look a little different under the tape--let's wait until the tape comes off to pass judgement!! (I just hope they put higher quality CARPET (http://www.vtec.net/forums/one-message?message_id=1035391&page_number=3&) inside to go along with what I hope are better quality interior materials in general.)

They want reactions? Well my reaction is it still looks like cheap pure garbage. 8th gen looks like a Bentley in comparison.
But sales don't lie and the Civic is clearly a winner and didn't even need an MMC! Go Honda go! The people are still easily scamable this generation. Next 5 years less and next 5 even more less. The new GM!

While I certainly appreciate the effort, it seems odd to have enough interest in a camo'd Honda Civic to only capture a single image.
It seems like a lot of effort for one photo: notice the car; register what it may be; think of TOV; take out camera; TAKE ONE IMAGE; download image; compose email; send to Jeff.
That being said, I challenge anyone to identify the "chase vehicle" by its mirror and the red vehicle within. ;-)

If the TOV label was moved up top, I'd take you up on that challenge!! :-)

looks newish accordish.
The spotter vehicle has got to be a minivan or big SUV. Only a minvan would have a blindspot mirror. GMC ish with a big CB antennae. The mirror looks like a towing mirror

For the chase vehicle, my guess is...
And for the red car in the mirror...

My best was a trio of Porsche Carrera GTs in Death Valley.
Also saw a BMW X5, a 997(?) Turbo, and a convy of Foci testing. Pretty much every time I've gone there I see something.
