Great color. Had it on an Integra. Frustrating that Honda won't offer a "real" red on the sedans. Toyota does, FWTW. San Marino red would be an excellent choice for any of the sedans IMHO, but it particularly appropriate on the forthcoming "Sport" model.

I always preferred the colder temperature of San Marino Red compared to Roma Red. San Marino Red often reminded me of a stealthy, BMW M-Spec kind of red. Chipped easily, though...

My current 2011 v6 exl coupe is San Marino Red. I love it.

is it a brittle finish? I think our '04 Integra was Milano Red, but it had a tinted clearcoat and every time you'd clean a spot (like a bugsplat) with a white towel, the towel would turn reddish pink. And it chipped/pitted way tooo easily. Is the San Marino more durable?

Sadly, I have been driving SM Red since 1999...bought a SM Red '99 Accord LX-V6 new up to 245k miles and traded it in 2006 for an SM Red CPO '03 EX-V6 6MT with 69k miles, now up to 205k miles...really wanted the blue, but was in a time crunch and had to compromise due to only one pre-owned 6MT located within 200 miles at the time. Beautiful color, but darkens badly if not taken care of to a maroon color. Seems to be just as bad in regards to chipping/scratching as every other Honda color...my wife's SSM Accord and my GPW S2K are no more resilient to rocks.
