When one can get a $25K Accord Ex for $21K. Fact. I don't care if they call it a rebate or marketing incentative and given to the dealer, its good for the customer.
That doesn't mean there is a $4k incentive from Honda. The amount a dealer discounts off of MSRP is completely different from what a manufacturer gives in incentives.
