I have a 2004 EX-L 5MT. So far, I've put 146k miles on the car and I am still on the original clutch. I am curious as to how long others have gone on the original clutch for my model car. What say you folks? (I know it will cost me an arm and a leg to replace when the time comes.)

My 2003 ex has 132,000 miles, clutch is just fine. Most of my miles are highway so I expect at least 200,000 miles and by then I'll probably sell the car. I'm still on my original brake pads too.

Original pads? That is impressive. I've replaced both front and rear ones twice.

I was over 173K miles when my car got totalled. I even towed 2000 lbs for 3K+ miles once, so it wasn't just basic driving. Honestly, properly driven, the clutch should easily make 175K-200K miles.

I had 203k miles on my 2003 Civic EX when I traded it in. Original clutch.

Quite a few Honda's have over 200k miles on the original clutch over at HondaBeat. I would hope, and expect, ours to do the same. I'm close to 100k on my '04 5-manual with no issues to report. Car has been great; runs like new.
