The seats in my '12 Civic are killing me. Could I take the seats out of a previous generation Civic and throw them in? Any other suggestions? My back thanks you.

Lumbar support? My Father-in-Law's 11 Accord has the most uncomfortable lumbar support in the driver's seat. I actually like a fair amount of lumbar support, but the Accord was over the top and very uncomfortable. I couldn't own his car.
See many other seat complaints from Accord owners....

I found the same during test drives, and it knocked the Accord out of contention for me, sadly. In my opinion, the passenger seat was worse than the driver's seat, but even 20 minutes in the driver's seat was too much for me. And I don't have existing back issues and can spend 15 hours straight in an Integra with Type-R springs without back pains.
Interestingly I found the 2nd gen TSX had similar seats, but not as pronounced. At a local car show, after speaking with the Honda rep, I followed their suggestion and tried the Accord coupe, which ironically felt great. Who knew coupe and sedan seats were different? Of course, this is no help since we were looking for four doors. Anyway, if the 9th gen Accord doesn't have comfortable seats it won't even come into consideration for us, ED powertrain or not.
