Wow, what a waste of money.
They should put this effort into improving the entire Acura website, which in my professional opinion is a POS. While I'm no Apple fan, even i know that creating experiences in FLASH is the wrong move. You've just alienated a good portion of an audience that has both design taste and money to spend.
Please Acura, get your act together.

Isn't just the videos section in flash?
It is also still viewable in the mobile version of the site...

In my professional opinion, the Honda and Acura sites are among the best out of all the major automakers. They both load very fast, have intuitive controls, are highly usable, and look good.
The Acura site does not rely on Flash. For the desktop browser, it uses JavaScript for the majority of its "active" content. Furthermore, the Acura site auto-detects mobile users and sends them to a mobile-specific website (m.acura.com).
